Beef Steak Tartar
So one of my co-workers offered me breakfast this morning. Some Hungarian treat: Beef Steak Tatar (or Tartar - I’m not sure). I am willing to try just about anything so I said I would. It was like a spread of some sort… had it on toast. It looks mushy and brownish red. He said it’s meat with spices. Not too bad really! As I was eating it… I began to get a sense of familiarity… hmm… tastes like….
Oh yeah. I ate raw meat.
Familiar? As you ate it it seemed familiar? How about just looking at it..it clearly looks like raw hamburger patty’s. NASTY. I am eating better then that when I come over!
