I always wanted to do that, but I never wanted to fight the crowds and the unknown. Now I wish I had. BTW, Turi Rudi's taste like chocolate cheese cake. I am so glad you made it home safely! I'll fill in a few missing details from my perspective. First - the incredible sinking feeling when I returned to find a sea of people where I thought you would be. Second - amplify that feeling when I called your cell phone and heard it ringing in your bag, which was on my shoulder. Third - the joy of spilling drinks on people as I tried to surf through the crowd to find you. Fourth - the thought of explaining to your friends and family how I abandoned you sans money, phone, apartment keys, etc. on the other side of Budapest. Fifth - growing despair as I waited at the bridge from 11 PM to 1 AM for you to exit the island (just guessing that we might meet that way). Sixth - prayers on the way home. Seventh - my homeless person impersonation in front of your flat for an hour or so. Eighth - extreme joy and relief when you rang my doorbell at 3:00 AM!!!!! Good recap Jessie.
