Wine Festival 2006
There is an awesome wine festival in Budapest which takes place on the Buda side, up in the castle area. It is a REALLY cool event… all kinds of wines, cheeses and goodies… tons of people and the place is just LIT up! It’s such a good atmosphere!! If I was supporting tourism to Budapest (I am supporting tourism, what am I talking about!), I would definitely say that you should try to make it while this is going on!!
Tahran and Orshi and I made our way to the festival. We had to cram pack ourselves into a bus to get there ‘cause it IS the premere thing to do this weekend!

I have a hard time taking night snap-shots but here’s the best I could do….
This year, we got these wine glass bags…. what the… ??? 
And yes, we were sure proud of those wine glass bags!! haha
Well… wouldn’t ya know it… I’ve got my eyes closed again! haha
What a GREAT view of the river!! Really… the festival is a MUST SEE!
I ‘think’ I’ll be around here for the wine festival next year…. I’ll go ahead and put it on the schedule!!
