Unfortunately, it was a bit warm the last day I was home in Indiana and I left for the airport without my favorite green coat. 
Very upset about that. However, yesterday while at lunch I found a temporary replacement for my green friend:
And I know Sasha would be particularly proud of me today - I actually match! I’m carryin’ my new bag from India! Thanks again Shilpa!!

… and she is excited about it!! haha I am too honestly! Amanda is one of my dearest friends from high school.
She was just married to her sweetie, Adam, this past summer.
You know, it is just the best thing when one of your dearest friends gets married to a fabulous guy and starts to build a family. Almost like watchin’ a real life fairy tale, eh? I’m glad to witness! The due date is August 12th… and I’m hopin’ for a boy…. this time. 
I am remembering why I like it so much in Houston! It has been between 70 and 80 degrees everyday while I’ve been here. Wow - is this January?! So far I’ve been doing lots of catching up… it’s been fun!

Well I didn’t get to see everyone I wanted to see… I hate that… and I’m not sure when I’ll be back… but it was real real good to be home. I miss you guys… as usual. Keep in touch!!
